Check out this snap of "Feedback" singer Janet Jackson at the 19th Annual GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Media Awards, which were held at the Kodak Theatre, CA on Saturday. Miss Jackson was honored with the 2008 Vanguard Award (Jennifer Aniston received it last year) which is awarded to members of the entertainment industry who has made a significant difference in promoting equal rights for "LGBT" people.
