The world was happy when 'self-confessed retiree' and legend Rock Hall of Famer Tina Turner took to the stage with Beyonce for the Grammy Awards in February. Most speculated it would be one of her last public performances ever. But it turns out that the "Tiny Dancer" singer plans to embark on her first tour in eight years starting early October at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.
After completing three dozen shows in North America 'the Queen' is expected to continue to Europe and possibly international shows she announced on a Thursday taping of 'The Oprah Winfrey Show'.
